After some uncertainty about whether or not we would see another rebate program soon, the Ontario government has just announced a new Energy Efficiency Program, the Home Renovations Saving Program! Along with savings for other energy saving home renovations, solar and battery back up are also deemed eligible!

The program officially launches on January 28th, so be sure to add your email to the Save On Energy website to get all the info needed first.

As of 7 January 2025, they have committed to offering $5000 for the addition of solar panels, and another $5000 for the addition of batteries to your home- another great year to be investing in your home now and for the future!
